Our mobile app connects families requiring flexible childcare with individuals offering care/babysitting.

We provide a mobile app to connect individuals to provide flexible childcare as an alternative to formal childcare arrangements, predominately for school-aged children to allow for flexibility, after-school activity pick-ups/drop-offs, unexpected or urgent care needs.
After downloading our mobile app and telling us about your family and where they go to school, you can connect with those you already know and trust, such as other parents from your school community or after school activities.
The mobile app helps you easily reach out and connect for regular or one-off care requests - the ultimate flexible childcare. The app will suggest appropriate compensation (adjustable)as an acknowledgement of help, therefore removing any guilt or expectation of reciprocation.
Transfer to/from each users Village account occurs once the care is completed as well as the opportunity to provide feedback.
We charge a small administration fee for each care request or you can upgrade to a fixed subscription fee.
On our mobile app you have an opportunity to provide details of your suitability to be a caregiver by way of qualifications and experience and your availability for babysitting jobs/flexible childcare.
Your profile can be made available to the parent community and they can easily make contact to get to know you before committing to care arrangements.
It is not intended that this is a formal employment situation. The compensation offered is intended to be an acknowledgement of help rather than payment for hours worked.
Transfer to/from each users Village account occurs once the care is completed.
